Cedar Court, Telford
Northern Trust acquired the site from English Partnerships in 2006.
Planning consent was gained for 21 commercial units and the scheme was constructed using Northern Trust's internal financial facilities.
The scheme is managed through the Birmingham office of Whittle Jones Chartered Surveyors.

BP Castrol, Hyde
The former industrial site was acquired by Northern Trust in 2010.
The site had historically been used for the storage and refinement of oil products. Local councillors were engaged at an early stage and have led the evolution of the design process for the site.
A planning application has subsequently been approved for residential development which will both remediate the site and deliver significant community benefits.
